I ordered products from sadabahar essentials..i came across this page on Instagram I paid rupees 3500 for product and 450 for shipping… It is over 15 days and there is no response on my order status or delivery…they are not reverting to my calls or messages either. Please help me get a refund

Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them.
