Idea postpaid no too much charges

I am using idea postpaid no 9xxxxxx0 but last December month bill is Rs1072. I am not able to pay I am using this idea service from last 1 year but they always charging too much amount this time it is beyond my liablity so kindly help me out from coming out from this .I am not able to pay this much amount.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
