Complaint against shoeskart for non-delivery

Order not delivered after payment. Value: Rs.798/-

Dear Sir,
With reference to advertisement page shown on YouTube. I had placed order on 16/05/2021 and received the order confirmation. However, till today no further update and delivery was made. Please help me with the refund and also look into the matter since they are still showing their advertisement at various site and fooling people.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
