Complaint regarding non-delivery of oil by Kaleesuwari

I had ordered oil on May 31, 2021. Cardia Advanced Filtered Groundnut Oil 2 nos for ?350 and Cardia Advanced Cold Pressed Gingelly Oil 3+1 Combo Offer 1 no. for ?420. I had paid Rs. 819 including the courier charges. Even after repeated reminders to @Kaleesuwari, I received two mails on June 11 and June 22 that they have dispatched the oil. But I am yet to receive the products. (#Order #2xxxxx7)

I request you to kindly resolve this issue.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
