Complaint against shoeskart for non-delivery

Despite so many complaints against shoeskart, the company is still advertising in the major advertising companies. Why the authorities have not taken note of this fraudulent company and initiated action against them unless ofcourse they are connected to people in power and having good connections in police, administration and politics.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
