Complaint regarding Mivi collar 2 not working

I would like to inform that I have purchased mivi collar 2 order
On dated 11th March 2021
But from few days power key is not working
That’s why I have requested to mivi care center kindly resolve my problem ,he given me 24 to 48 hour to resolve my problem but company given timepass reply mail processor I have given mail 30 Jun

Please kindly resolve my problem

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
