Complaint against Travolook for non-receipt of refund

Travolook tourism site not refunding money. Value: 4600
I have booked my Airticket by Travolook site on 1st Apr 2021 from Bhopal to Ahmedabad.
With in 1 minutes my ticket has been cancelled with reason that fare has increased and you will get refund in 25 days max. Today is 20th day and I didn’t get refund. this travel site look like fraudulent company because I have seen lot of complaint against this site.

I have complaint in mail id But still not got my refund.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
