Complaint against zomato for non-delivering and false information

I ordered food from zomato.
1. Zomato valet turned his phone off.
2. Zomato executives kept telling they just contacted him he’s nearby and will deliver soon
3. No response from they support executives
4. Neither they refund
5. They wasted my gold membership benefit
6. They didn’t cancel order on their own and they left it hanging also I can’t cancel order

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
