I have purchased TVS strar city plus bike in Feb 20 the dealer delayed in getting bike after 1.5 months Matt grey model bike is given to me without engine cover and viser cover bike may be old. I have paid 24500 + 42 thousands loan amount total 66500 plus EMI interest but invoice mentioned only 52333 . The purchased bike ride shock absorber are hard as rock. They didn’t provide RC copy to me.only 3000 km bike sounds different vibration in engine milage is very low 52 kmpl but company mentioned 86kmpl service centre told approximate 72 kmpl, battery also weak in 6 months I have complaint in TVs customer care 3 times no response from they didn’t service my bike only get money for every service 250+ 200 for shock absorber and battery charging but nothing do.. please help me iam very frustrated with TVS company…. IAM very poor

Most of the TVS SHOW ROOM are doing the same. Actually I bought TVS Star City plus from Sri balaji TVs showroom the price is 92000 i paid 30000 as downpayment but they without intimating me they initiated loan amount for 70000 instead of 62000. they are doing in the name of TVS credit services.
