Complaint against zopnow for non-delivery and no refund

Hey i had ordered grocery from zopnow.in 628rs after i realize they are froudster they don’t provide any confirmation email also money was deducted from my bank account but in website show payment pending after still my order not delivered yet i want my money back my order id is 11489
