Complaint for Videocon d2h remote not received

I lodged a complaint for d2h remote requirement on 8 Aug 2019 and they promised that I will got the remote within 24 hours but I haven’t received the remote within 24 hours. but I received call from engineer is that he will provide remote by eod 6 pm. but he not come and not respond the call. next day 10 Aug 2019I called to customer care then they said that your complaint has been closed. then they registered new complaint 74xxxxxxx1 and again given 24 hours time. again I haven’t received any call from engineer and also not get remote. next day on 11 aug agin I called then they said your call has been closed and again raised new complaint 742541484 and again given 24 hours time. today also I called to customer care then same thing happened. call closed but I still not received my remote. I got new complaint number 74xxxxxxx2 and again 24 hour time. How much time should I call to customer care for just a remote. they not providing permanent solution. Please look into the matter

    Issue resolved as customer got the remote for his STB.

    The same issue happened with me also. customer id : 191255447.

    From 10 days I’ve been calling them for the remote and they are saying the technician will call you but no technician calls me. When I called again, they say the issue will be resolved in 8 working hours Everytime I call them. Latest complaint id: 755184665
