We had purchased washing machine of haier company on 1st October 2017. We had purchased washing machine from sales India. The complaint is that machine is making very much noise and machine is moving forward and side by. Machine is moving from its place. Everyday we had to rearrange the machine to its place.Our first complaint was since 16 november 2017. We had registered 10 to 15 times complaint on company toll free no. Everytime new person from company and say different reason. Till now 7 different persons from company came and visit the machine. We want money back of the washing machine and refund also due to problem caused to us by the company. Teach this company a lesson for the problem caused to the people by them.
