I ordered an iphone 6s 16 gb 2 months ago and was a faulty piece and was replaced and a new set is recieved by me today vide model no. MKQJ2HN/A and serial no. DNRQK7MAGRY5. I found that the product which i recieved has so many scratches, its screen is local, battery is reducing fast, there is scratches on the flash of front camera also which was not listed in a phone with excellent condition. When i complaint against it they said me to make a video of it and to send it to them which i did with earlier product and it took 2 months for replacement which was not suitable for me now again they are saying to make video and send it. I didnt bought the product to make videos and to replace again. I bought a new set, and i want them to refund my money, idont want replacement at all. Quikr enjoys an great reputation and will in the market thats why i bought the phone from quikr but now i want just refund just refunds as early as possible.
