This complaint is regarding to porting out to another service provider. My mobile number is 9xxxxxxxxx6. I am using this number from last 7 years . I got sms regarding number port out to another provider. My account balance is about 1900/-.Reliance guys are denying to account balance transfer. I have called to customer care,there is no response. I have also send mail to customer care on 19/11/2017 after that I have send mail to appellate authority delhi on 21/11/2917, but I didn’t get any response. I have visited to reliance store but they are denying for amount transfer, I want that amount should be transfer in port out otherwise my amount should be returned. I also send to RTI to reliance communication on 07/01/2017 but I did no get any response . I have attached port out sms , RTI , mail copy to customer care and appellate authoritydelhi. Please do the needful.
