Www.mrsindia.net the site through which i applied for the mrs.India pageant 2018. Online form submission and registration showed the requirement of payment of rs. 2000 which i paid online by debitcard hdfcbank to the flashing merchant.
Even after 4 days Merchant/firm niether acknowleged the payment nor provided me any registration in pageant for which i payed and applied(which considered to be mandatory by merchant or firm).
It hence proves that either merchant is a fraud or having absolute unprofessional behaviour which is not expected after paying charges asked for the same. Feeling cheated and informing consumerforum india. As merchant had not fulfilled the mandatory to the customer. I want to block the payment and reimbursment by the merchant. Its not just the matter of 2000bucks but Right action at right moment will save many people and it will be a lesson in such online payments and faith of customer. I have also informed to nearest RBL bank about the issue.
