I had done recharge of my Airtel Digital Connection on 24.05.2017 of my running current package of Rs. 2850/- under Value Prime Kids pack and of Rs. 4800/- for my other 2 connections under plan of Rs. 200/- each for 1 year.
Now, I came to know that my first connection is recharged with Rs.4800/- and the recharge of Rs. 2850/- is done for my other 2 connections. Now,I am being asked to do the recharge for my other 2 connections.
On contacting the customer care,I was told that there was an offer for Rs. 4800 due to which it was activated first and nothing could be done.I felt cheated that without my acknowledgement,my connection was recharged with other expensive plan and no help was provided on behalf of the company.
I request you to consider my case and resolve the issue as soon as possible.I shall be highly obliged to you.
