Complaint regarding fraud sales over instagram

I had order some cosmetics from Instagram in that the page name is classic Womaniya, i had order on last November 2017 on 22 with order amount 1700. till now ,27, December 2017,,i did not get any parcel not even h money returns. earlier she was answering but now she is not even answering my msgs not even my calls…i am worried about my money it worthy to me.
