I’ve done Airtel prepaid recharge of 598 Rs on 27th Aug 2021 and that plan got activated.
On 10th Sep 2021, I mistakenly did recharge ( of 379 Rs ) my number when I was trying to do recharge on different mobile of my family member.
I raised this issue with Airtel Customer Care and then provided me an answer that recharge of 379 Rs cannot be refunded and it will be activation once recharge of 598 Rs would be over.
But that didn’t happen. I’ve to do a new recharge today 1st Dec 2021 to keep my phone number working.
Airtel provided wrong information for 379 Rs.
I want this to not repeat with other customer. There should be a way to refund customer money in case customer mistakenly done recharge.
