Complaint regarding Ajio login problems

AJIO login Issues. Value: 2500

I am not able to login in AJIO app. I even mailed about this issue to Ajio customer care many times. They didn’t address my issue. I want to return products purchased through this app. But I am not able to do so due to login issues. I don’t know what went wrong. Plz look into this matter.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
