I am a Supplier from Mumbai. I use shiprocket as my courier partner. So i placed an pickup for my parcel with AWB number- 143xxxxxxxxx59. Shiprocket Neither Delivered nor contacted the customer and made a fake claim of Natural Calamity. and returned the parcel to origin after 30 days and that too completely damaged and I didn’t get the claim for it. they mentioned that its liquid item and cant be claimed.
whereas my parcel is packed in HDPE bottles with proper plastic shrink wrap and with a corrugated box .
My complaint is that the parcel is intentionally damaged by the shiprocket and there is no solution they are providing.
there are 150 other people who have faced the same issue with shiprocket. so its better to shut the company.
