Complaint regarding Aquaguard purifier service

AQUAGUARD NRICH HD RO+UV+MTDS Purifier is not working. Value: 5900

I Have raised so many complaints my purifier is not working, i have purchased AMC ( Annual Maintenance contract) in 09-Jan2021 for extended warranty. Since 10th July 2021 I’m following up with Support team,
But issue not resolved.

They are saying it is pandemic condition if this is true how the people from Eureka Forbes are coming to show a demo and to sell other products and also other paid services. I lost almost 2 months warranty period as machine is not working. 1016574117 Customer ID

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
