Complaint regarding non-delivery of essential medicine by Netmeds

I ordered some essential medicines online on 14th August 2021 and also payment made immediately though online mode. Medicines were supposed to be delivered by 19th of same month and also I got text message from NETMEDS that order is out for delivery but no delivery was made citing the reason that my Mom rejected the product and the reality is that person didn’t even go to the delivery address. I lodged my complaint twice immediately next week and then I got call for reschedule for delivery of product but till date I didn’t get my parcel delivered.

The medicines which I ordered are very essential for my mom as she is diabetic and she waited for medicines for more than a week.
