We have been trying more than two weeks, none of the aquaguard service person has arrived, customer care is not responding properly, even after getting the number of incharge person, he has been giving false promises and saying we are not responsible for this, headquarters will directly contact you and solve your issue.
I am fed up this we got shifted from mysore to bangalore since there is no proper source of water to drink and for other necessities.
This has to been seriously into the consideration, there are small kids at home, i dont want any more excuses.
I want things to get fixed at the earliest, do provide the needfull.
