I was suppose to get the shipment delivered on 12th Oct however the delivery person failed to get it done and he didn’t even called me to inform the same. So I called the Customer Service on 13th Oct and they promised that they would get it delivered on 13th Oct on or before 7:00PM which failed again and once again the delivery person did not called or arrived. The delivery person updated on the tracking Aramex website as “Customer Not Available” which is absolutely INCORRECT. I didn’t even get the delivery person’s number to track my parcel. I didn’t receive any call or email regarding the same. I even submitted a written complaint on the Aramex website which they closed without any justifcation as such. The customer support confimed my delivery address twice which is correct however the delivery person updated on the tracking site as “Incorrect or Incomplete Address / Delivery Rescheduled” which is again another FALSE INFORMATION. Immediate action required.
