Complaint regarding baggage not delivered by Air Asia

17/11/18 returning flight kualalmpur to kolkata air asia flight no AK63 i have put 2 Baggaege in Luggage but after reach only 1 Found and other Baggage missing , after discussion check & found from the baggage airport manager that missing baggage still in kualampur and will dispatch tomorrow but still now they are not able to dispatch the Bag ( Sky bag -having electrnice products , Liquir , Expensive iteams ) , the baggage in the name of my wife Payel ghosh Name and we have paid for 140 Ringet (Malasian Money ) only for the transfer .
