Complaint regarding big bazaar profit club card

Refund for big bazaar profit club card. Value: 11000

I am not able to use my profit club card in big bazaar store as they are closed and I am unable to redeem in smart Reliance bazaar as they are not providing this facility. Please support us in some way or initiate my refund.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
