Complaint regarding blocking of Ajio account

My Ajio account is blocked, I called customer care to report the issue they were saying they are unable to get my details and there is no action taken. How could they block without any notification. Few days back only I placed order they are yet to deliver and paid for them, when I asked about what is the status of them, they simply said they are unable to fetch details with my registered mobile number / email ID

Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months. Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam.
