I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 11, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
We havn’t got any intimation before closure otherwise i would have redeemed or would have gone for cancellation.
So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore.
This is a big time fraud and customers are cheated .
