Complaint regarding Big Bazar profit club card membership

Big Bazar profit club card. Value: 8000 rupee

Still 8k , 8 thousand are left and I cannot redeem anywhere that money, it’s okay for Big companies to takeover business and other things but like this common man money is wasted and no one cares over this .
Stores are responding that they cannot process the card and there is no online means for this

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
