Complaint regarding fraud sales on Instagram handle chikankari_indiaa

I ordered 3 Kurtis worth 2570/- from Instagram page ‘chikankari_indiaa’ on 24th July but till now i.e. on 23rd August I haven’t recieved any parcel. He also shared the DTDC tracking number Uxxxxx7 on 9th August which belonged to someone else as the destination mentions Srinagar and my parcel is to be delivered in Haryana. And again he shared tracking number on 16th August, U60722052 DTDC customer care support themselves saying that “shipment not booked yet on this tracking number and online no data available”. His Instagram handle is chikankari_indiaa
