Royal Indian Restaurant is a renowned biriyani shop of Kolkata . 24th Apr we were going to give an order of 4 packs of mutton biriyani for takeaway . one of their representative insisted us to take one pack of Royal spl biriyani . so we had orderd for 3 packs normanl mutton biriyani and one pack spl. after bringing home we found that the spl pack was full with only Biriyani rice .. not a single pc of mutton was there. I called them and inform the matter, the person who picked up the phone just denied and talked very rudely , and when i was giving him the bill details he just disconnected the phone . Yesterday my husband personally visited that shop for the complain ..they just ignored…
i think it is their regular practice and they had cheated us intentionally , otherwise the person who picked up the phone should enquire about it before replying …. i am very much hurt about their behavior …. i will expect you will take proper action so that further they cant be able to cheat any customer..
