Complaint regarding broken rice received from Jiomart

Got broken rice from jiomart yet nobody come to pick up for wrong delivered product and not getting refund also. Value: 449
I had ordered Daawat rozana basmati rice niki 40 (10kg) from jiomart but I got broken rice which is not mention on packet also after that I complained to jiomart customer care they said within 2 days it will be solved, it’s 3rd day yet nobody has picked up that broken rice, no satisfied answer from jiomart. I didn’t get refund also.
