Complaint regarding captcha work from techno enterprises

Getting Notice from Techno enterprises Value: 5000. I got a msg regarding captcha Part time work, informed 90 %accuracy, asked my adhar card photocopy, and digital sign, before registration got regular calls, after registration neither links are working nor they are lifting my calls, after 1week got mail stating leagal notice to pay penalty of 5009 Rs, kindly plz help me
