Bought redmi note 6 pro phone on 16/06/19 through flipkart. Supercomnet are selling this phone. Within one hour phone stopped working showing black screen written mi on it. I requested for replacement on the same day. The next day technician came and found it as genuine complaint. But they rejected replacement. Again two times I requested but they rejected the replacement. 10 days passed. Now I’m not able to request for replacement. Help me please.
