I booked ticket from Pune to Hubli,on 18oct 2018,Using redBus app, bus is National Travels. it cost me 1920 rupees, although I am on schedule date and time but bus went off without informing me. when I informed redBus customer care regarding this issue they simply says due to some technical issues it happens, sorry for the inconveniences caused, they didn’t provide me alternate service.as I am in emergency need to go Hubli, I hire rental car that cost me around 8000/- rupees. although they refunded my amount 1920 rupees. but they didnt compensate my additional cost of rupees 8000/-for the rental car which i hired.they should compensate this amount.redbus says they won’t compensate this amount.because of there incomplete service cost me 8000 rupees,need your help
