Complaint regarding customer service from Koryo

Koryo is not providing proper assistance for Geezer repairing. Value: 5000. Dear Sir,
We purchased a geezer from koryo and it is not working from pst 2 month we have complaint two times and his technician visited and repaired but still its not working ,they are not providing proper solution.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
