Complaint against Go Air for flight with halt of 12 hours

I booked my flight for Nov19 at 9:30am (non-stop) Bangalore to Chandigarh.

I didn’t receive any reschedule calls just received a text message at  8 o’clock on 18th Nov that my flight is scheduled to depart at 9:30 p.m. (Nov 19) and will arrive at 12 o’clock p.m. (Nov 20) in Chandigarh.

I checked on their site for this new schedule then got to know that they have given me flight with a layover in Mumbai for 12 hours.

If there is any reschedule or cancellation they should tell the customer and not make a fool of them to just tell “Your flight is scheduled to depart at this (new)time” . This does not inform anything about reschedule or cancellation of original flight. I got confused that may be I booked a wrong flight with this message.

So I went to airport at 2:00 a.m. (19 Nov) to clarify what has happened, The person sitting at counter informed that he has cancelled my flight and I will receive message in 24 hours and full refund will be initiated. I spent whole night at airport , booked another flight with Indigo and came to Chandigarh. I didn’t receive any message for cancellation , their customer care number is useless I have tried for hours. Still no reply to mails also.
