Complaint regarding data entry job

I taken a data entry work on 12/12/2019 from the Frox Enterprise, but they sent me report as “QC fail”. I got call on 25/12/2019 from advocate associate, Mr. Jayprakash Mishra. He is telling that I have to pay Rs. 4300 or they have to see me in the court with breech of agreement. He is calling from Aurangabad. Please took into the matter and solve it. Thank you very much.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
