I have purchased 3 steel kamdhenu primegold door from mahiyavanshi traders of unchahar raebareli.
After geting my construction done i have called for installation of readymade door ,a person send by dealer opened the box and find a damaged door and a door with opposite side opening .I request the dealer to exchange both the door but he refuse to do so . Than i ask the dealer to exchange the door with wrongside opening as it is of no use but he told to use the same wrongside product as the company denied exchanging the product .I have paid him full amount of door extra charges for delivery.
I request the forum to compelle the dealer to either refund or exchange the product.
