I had taken a hathway connection on 3 august. Since i took the connection i have not got the speed of the pack which i took. The installer asked me to raise it with customer care. They said the max speed you will get is 40 mbps download and upload 20mbps, thia is outrageous as the plan i have paid for is 80mbpa. They asked if i wanted a refund. I said yes, then the guy who installed me says refund nahi hota. He is neither giving me the speed nor the refund. The average speed is 20mbps, only twice rid it go above 40. And the upload avg is below 9mbps. This is clear misleading.
