Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Flipkart

I have placed order using flipkart app on 17th Jan 2024. Order was supposed to be delivered by 21st Jan 24. But they kept changing date to 23rd Jan and then 24th Jan. On 24th Jan I have tried reaching on all their mediums like call, email, Instagram, Twitter. They didn’t had any reason on why the delay. They don’t have any mechanism to deal with courier team . Till today 26th Jan no delivery no compensation. They don’t talk about resolution or compensation. They just kept me saying to wait wait and wait. I am possed off. And looking for compensation on the time and stress I have spent in dealing with flipkart
