I purchased a dress from Facebook marketplace. Seller is from surat. His name is Axxxxl Bxxxxxd. The dress he displayed is not at all what I received. I received a cheap material. I tried contacting them, they blocked me from watsapp and Facebook messages. I went to police station and the inspector called him and he agreed to refund me the full amount with return shipping cost. After 3 weeks of mental harassment, he has refunded me partial amount stating that he has cut the shipping cost. I need reimbursement for my money and want to charge a case of mental harassment on him. He is a fake seller cheating people with cheap garbage material. Attached the cheap item I received.
