Complaint regarding delay in delivery of phone by Flipkart

I have ordered a nokia keypad phone of rs. 1189 . And it says the delivery will be in 13 days . And the delivery date was 12 February 2024, which means today. But without my permission or acknowledge it’s postponed to 16 February 2024. Again it’s 4 days delay. Only a small keypad phone not at all against order or anything. I have waited till today and it was an urgent order because of my mother phone was damaged and for her duty purpose , I have ordered it. But it was a terrific experience. As per the Flipkart terms and policies If the order gets delay they should give a refund for the order. But they neglect my concern, I have contacted them, but they said they can’t or there is no option for that. They tell me to cancel tha order. I need a complete refund and the phone to be delivered for this rude and terrible experience.please..!
