I am Using Dish TV from 2015 ,from 18th January 2018 suddenly My settop box stopped working then i contact immediately to customer care no. they told me that my problem will be shortout within 24 hours. after 24 hours again i called to customer care they transfer my call to their senior person i told my problem again she want some time to discuss with service team and hold my call for more than half hour after this misbehave i disconnect my call. again and again many times i called to customer care every time they suggest me to wait till the same day evening. on 22nd january i communicate with executive he told me that my complaint was closed. How any service provider do this to any customer without solving the problem they closed the complaint. I have no idea what can i do in this issue.my problem was not resolved till today 23rd january 2018. i have recored all the call details so when some body need this to help me i provide all.
because of this misbehave and dissatisfaction i feel helpless regarding this issue and want strictly action against this. my VC no.-01524226366
