Regarding non-payment of the exchange money by Excell Autovista

I had bought Wagonr car from EXCELL AUTOVISTA PVT Ltd, BANDRA, MUMBAI IN exchange deal done with Mr. Axxxxl Vxxxxxa, True Value and surrendered car on 27/10/2017 but SHOWROOM is not paying me as per deal and it’s been almost 3-4 months I haven’t got any money as per deal. I AM FED UP OF THE COMPANY – I had requested for 2 and half months then started saying in rigorous manner and demanded Compensation of Cheating and NON PAYMENT

Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered.
