I have ordered Blue Tooth speaker on 20 Jan 2018 with extra payment for Transportation within 2 days. As per the commitment they supposed to delivered the materials on 22.01.2018. But when i checked the Delivery status it was shown ORDERED SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED though i have received any Packet from AMAZON.IN. While i asked them to check and revert they simply replied that the Pack may be handed over to any one of your family member. It is surprised to me that an International company can do this without my Knowledge or authorization. I have advance with extra transportation charge. And till now i did not received that ordered item. I called their customer care they simple reply we are checking and resolve the matter. Please resolve or highlighted the issue.
