Complaint regarding Dish TV recharge validity period calculation

I had a complaint  for dish tv as they take recharge value for 30 days and give the service for 29 days I had done my recharge on 4th of September but they are giving next date on 3rd of October and inspite of repeated telling that you should count it from 5th of September as the 4th September recharge is earlier taken but they simply said that do whaterever  you want to do as you are free to do so they are giving date for recharge for 1 week ago if the same procedure is followed then they take a recharge value for 1 month in free of cost without knowing by the customer
