Ajio is not making return pick up, asks customer to ship product

I requested for return pick up for 7 products, ajio is not accepting the return pick up and I was called 3 times but no response almost one month completing and I called ajio again for requesting but now coming with self ship.

There is no  intimation and policy.

The delivery and return pickup address is same but telling return pick up not there and after calling them asking me to self shipment.

And there is no resolution for my raised issue and without knowing me ajio is changing the setting in my mobile app.

I really expecting good resolution and they are playing games with customers.
