Complaint regarding double payment to Flipkart

I ordered a Redmi 5A 32 GB phone of Rs6999 on 10th of August 2018 and mistakenly I did online payment twice …Regarding that I called Flipkart several times and also sent screenshots of the transaction id and merchant id of the respective online payment portals as per Flipkart executives requests …But still they are not paying my money back to me they are denying for any such payment made by me…And this is highly disappointing on their part…As I have lost trust on online shopping …please resolve this issue soon
