Complaint regarding duplicate payment for B.Ed exam

I did a transaction on 12th Aug 2021 for B.Ed. exam form: 200766355 from my SBI Account. An amount of Rs 6024 got deducted from my account but the payment status of form was showing Unpaid.

I have waited for 2 days to reflect the correct status on the form page. But it never changed.

As the last date of filling form was 14th Aug therefor again I did the payment from my HDFC account.

Please help me to return the amount which got debited from my SBI account.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
